As our services involve access to member data, search tools, communication options, and matchmaking features, these services are considered intangible and non-returnable once activated or delivered.
3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order or request a refund before your membership or paid service has been activated.

3.2 After Activation

Once your paid service, subscription, or membership plan is activated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3.3 Automatic Renewals

If your plan includes auto-renewal, you may cancel renewal anytime before the renewal date from your user dashboard or by contacting us.

Cancellation of renewal prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy

4.2 Refunds Due to Technical or Billing Errors
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

You have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.

You were charged for a service that was not activated successfully.

6. Transfer of Services

Requests to transfer a membership to another person or profile will not be entertained for privacy and security reasons.
